About Us

Welcome to Stone Fields Farm! Our Journey began in 2018 when we took the leap to purchase a small farm in the picturesque area of Southwestern Pennsylvania. With deep roots in agriculture, I grew up on a beef farm, while my husband also spent several years working on one, which fueled our passion for farming! We decided to start our new venture with two beautiful purebred Scottish Highlands and became active members of the American Highland Cattle Association. We dedicated countless hours to researching the remarkable traits of Highland Cattle, appreciating their ease of calving and impressive longevity as beef cattle. Once our heifers turn two, we ventured into artificial insemination. We were thrilled when one of our heifers successfully settled, leading to the birth of our very first Highland calf at Stone Fields Farm in 2021. To our delight, the calving experience was smooth, and the new mom proved to be an exceptional  first-time momma. This joyous occasion sparked out excitement, motivating us to expand out fold with the purchase of OG Leap's Over the Top. We began showing our cattle in 2023 and look forward to sharing more of our adventures and experiences as we nurture and grow our farm!
