Cancellation Policy

Liability Waiver & Photo Release Form I , the undersigned, hereby acknowledge to Stone Fields Farm, (Carl & Marcy Lancaster), that: 1. I am actively aware of the risk(s) of participating in an activity/class on a farm and working around livestock, which could include Highland cattle, goats, chickens, dogs and any other animal on Stone Fields Farm (Carl & Marcy Lancaster) property. 2. I assume all foregoing risk of using Stone Fields Farm (Carl & Marcy Lancaster) property and accept personal responsibility for damages from my use, including but not limited to injury, disability or death. 3. I release, waive, and discharge Stone Fields Farm (Carl & Marcy Lancaster), from any and all liability to me, my heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, related to my use of Stone Fields Farm (Carl & Marcy Lancaster), property. I agree to accept full responsibility for any quest whom I bring to Stone Fields Farm (Carl & Marcy Lancaster) property, and will defend and indemnify Stone Fields Farm (Carl & Marcy Lancaster) against any claim brought by such person. 4. I understand and acknowledge that, except limited circumstances listed above, an agritourism activity provider is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant resulting from an agritourism activity. I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage, and other loss that may result from an agritourism activity. I understand that an agritourism activity provider is not protected from liability if the provider performs an act in a grossly negligent manner. 5. I hereby grant to Stone Fields Farm (Carl & Marcy Lancaster) all rights and consent to copyright, use, re-use, publish or republish, copy, exhibit or distribute all photographs and/or video of myself to be used for their restriction as to frequency or duration of usage and without compensation.
